This compact refrigerated cargo truck is engineered to meet the precise demands of cold chain logistics in urban and short-haul environments. Built on a light-duty chassis with a 4x2 drivetrain, the vehicle integrates a temperature-controlled cargo box with an internal capacity of approximately 5 cubic meters, suitable for the transport of perishable goods, pharmaceuticals, and temperature-sensitive commodities.

The insulated box body is constructed using high-density polyurethane foam panels, bonded with fiberglass or aluminum outer skins for enhanced thermal resistance and structural rigidity. The cargo compartment supports temperature ranges from -18°C to +10°C, depending on the refrigeration unit configuration. Optional dual-zone temperature control is available for mixed-load transport.

A front- or top-mounted refrigeration system—typically diesel-electric powered—ensures stable thermal performance even during extended idling or multi-stop operations. The system includes automatic defrost cycles, digital temperature controllers, and optional telematics integration for remote monitoring and cold chain traceability.

The diesel engine powering the vehicle is optimized for fuel efficiency under low-RPM urban conditions and supports emission standards such as Euro V or equivalent. The 4x60 drive layout provides stable traction, while the suspension system (leaf spring rear and independent front) is calibrated for sensitive cargo protection. Side and rear doors are gasket-sealed with insulated lining, and interior LED lighting ensures visibility during loading and unloading.
