Q: How do you control the quality of product?
A:We have more than 300sets of advanced special purpose vehicle production and testing equipments, and have formed seven special purpose production lines,which can produce 20,000 special purpose vehicles each year.our workers are well trained and most of them work in this industry more than 10 years. Every unit of product undergoes several rigorous inspections in the manufactre process.
Q: How about the delivery time?
A: Most of our trucks need to be customized,normally we need around 30 days for production.We also have some popular trucks stock can deliver to you within 7 days.
Q: Do you accept custom customized order? What's is your MOQ order?
A:Yes, we do, our MOQ is 1 unit.
Q: How about shipment?
A:For oversea customer, we will ship our truck and trailer by 20FT container, 40FT container,40FT high container, open-top container, flatbed container, Ro-Ro ship or bulk ship according to the size the products.
For neighborhood countries of China, such as Mongolia, Myanmar, Vietnam etc, we delivery our truck by road or railway.
